Individual Therapy

Sessions can be scheduled for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 4 hours with the average being 1 hour.

In individual therapy, we will use a solution focused style to focus on how I might be able to help you, what changes you would like to see and our strategy broken down into step by step process to easily track the progress you are making.

My combined experience and training should help you feel better, love more consciously and understand yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way.

Couples Therapy

Sessions can be scheduled for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 4 hours with the average being 90 minutes.

In couple’s therapy, it’s very important to understand our strengths and weaknesses as a couple.  In the initial session, I like to get a feel for what is working, what needs change and how we are connecting both emotionally and physically in the relationship. Often in session, I help couples reorganize their time together specifically to create more connection with each other.  Homework is utilized to help progress between our meetings.

Sex Therapy

Sessions can be scheduled for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 4 hours with the average being 60 minutes.

Sex Therapy is the use of talk therapy to deepen ones understanding of why a sexual dysfunction might occur.  Some sexual problems are lifelong and some are situational.  My experience and expertise will provide solutions to fix both problem types.  Solutions exist for all sexual dysfunctions that you can be practicing on your own and or with a partner.
